Skateboarding Book Review:Between Boardslides and Burnout:
My Notes from the Road
Author: Tony Hawk
Publisher: Regan Books
Released: September 17, 2002
Rating: 3 Stars
Tony Hawk offers us this tour diary of several of his excursions into the skateboarding world. Presented in a photographic manner, it offers notes chronicling Tony's trips - from small autograph signing events to the X-Games. All events were covered in 2000 and 2001.
This book is geared more towards kids with an enthusiastic feeling and glorification of Tony's grueling schedule. The book is written in casual manner with very little to say. The images are the best element this book has to offer.
